LEGENDARY COUNTRY STAR DOLLY PARTON TAKES OVER getTV’s MONDAY NIGHT VARIETY BLOCK WITH BACK-TO-BACK EPISODES OF HER POPULAR 1976 SERIES DOLLY ON MONDAY, MARCH 21 AT 9 p.m. ET  

The Block Features Guests Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris, Randy Parton, and Stella Parton Joining Dolly On Stage for a Night of Unforgettable Medleys and Country Favorites  

CULVER CITY, CA – Thursday, March 17, 2016 – getTV celebrates country music’s incomparable Dolly Parton, with two episodes of the popular 1976 series DOLLY, as part of the network’s weekly Monday Night Variety Block on March 21 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. DOLLY originally debuted in syndication on February 1, 1976, following Dolly Parton’s celebrated run on THE PORTER WAGONER SHOW. In addition to popular musical numbers, the show featured an eclectic group of guests, performing live from Nashville, Tennessee.

  The back-to-back episodes showcase Parton at the top of her game, putting her wit and charm on full display as she delivers trademark renditions of beloved country hits. Highlights of the evening include Parton teaming up with fellow country royalty Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris at 9 p.m. ET, performing an unforgettable Country favorites such as “Silver Threads and Golden Needles,” “The Sweetest Gift,” and “Applejack,” among others. Then, at 9:30 p.m. ET, Parton stars in a very special episode of DOLLY surrounded by her mother, father, and seven of her siblings (including her fellow recording artist sister Stella Parton), as they perform mountain classics such as “In The Pines,” and “In The Sweet By And By.”
